Carrentalhire has arranged your rental with the company indicated below. Carrentalhire is independent, not an agent for any particular car hire company. The voucher is not a rental agreement. When you pick up the vehicle, you must sign a rental agreement provided by the rental company and subject to local laws. All rates are guaranteed in British Pounds.

YOUR RENTAL FROM RECORD RENT A CAR INCLUDES

* V.A.T. as of Booking Date:
Unlimited mileage and fire insurance. Liability Insurance for injuries or damages to persons or things outside the vehicle.
* Rental includes Collision Damage coverage and Theft Protection for the vehicle. Rental limits potential vehicle damage or loss liability to an excess of approx. ZERO.
* Rental includes first additional driver charge.
* Personal Accident Insurance.

RENTAL DOES NOT INCLUDE

* Fuel. Client is advised to return the vehicle with a full fuel tank and to retain a copy of final receipt for their records.
* Local toll, highway fees, or travel stickers required by local authorities.

GENERAL TERMS
Carrentalhire does not provide insurance. Coverage is provided by the rental company as indicated. Additional coverage may be available for purchase from the rental company.
* Carrentalhire has no cancellation or amendment fees when Carrentalhire is advised prior to the rental start date. Should the customer not show up or show up late to collect the vehicle a no show fee equal to the first 3 days of the rental will be charged. Carrentalhire cannot refund any unused days if the vehicle is returned early.
* Renter and any additional drivers must present a full valid drivers license, held for a minimum of 12 months, at time of pick up.
* Please note at the time of pick up the local supplier may require a security deposit to be left for the vehicle. This normally takes the form of an amount being blocked on the primary driver's credit card, (cash deposits are rarely accepted, so please be sure to mention to our agents if you require this facility). This amount will be returned in full at the end of the rental provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition as rented. Additional drivers sign on and pay locally.
* Optional equipment items are on a request basis only, for an additional fee.
* Minimum driver age 21.
* Carrentalhire strongly advises client to check if car is DIESEL or REGULAR fuel at pick up .
* Please note: In common with most car hire suppliers the insurance coverage does not cover damage to windows, wheels, tyres, the roof, underside & interior of the vehicle, towing charges or damage caused willfully or recklessly.
* Domestic and International One Way rentals are not permitted.
